Bask in the sun on the sprawling lawn area, walk steps for sunset strolls along the largest pier on the lake, or fire up the BBQ and dine al fresco on your private patio. Bringing your own boat? You can rent a buoy onsite and moor right out front.
ABOUT THE CONDO:
The stylish living area offers an inviting place to relax or entertain. Sprawl out on the comfy sectional and leather armchairs by the wood-burning fireplace and 60” flat screen TV with Blu-ray player.
It’s easy to whip up crowd-pleasing meals in the upscale kitchen, boasting dual ovens, a gas range, French door refrigerator, and handy extras including blenders and a Keurig machine. A central island offers ample space for you to unleash your inner chef.
When you’re ready to eat, share meals around a large wood dining table for 10. A private patio offers a picture-perfect spot overlooking Lake Tahoe. A gas grill, picnic table, and five lounge chairs are available for outdoor dining and soaking up the sun. The patio overlooks a sweeping shared lawn, and it’s just steps to the on-site swimming pool, tennis courts, and the historic Tahoe Tavern Pier.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a 36” flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a king and a desk area. A third bedroom features two twin-size beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.
Convenient for a group or large family, this level also has two guest bathrooms — one with a tub/shower combination and another with a walk-in shower. A half bath is conveniently located off the living area.
Guest amenities include cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles in the driveway.
Please note that the owner of this condo is highly allergic to dogs. We appreciate you leaving your pets at home.

In the warmer months, walk 15 minutes to soak up the laid-back vibe at popular Commons Beach. It’s a gorgeous spot for picnics and swimming, with summer concerts and family movie nights to keep everyone entertained.
