Minimum Night Stay Requirements

New Year’s Week 5-7 nights
President’s Day 3 nights
One week minimum during the months of July and August
All other times there is a 2 or 3 night minimum

Making a Reservation

When reserving a unit, we require a valid credit card or a $300 – $600 deposit to hold the reservation for you. Your credit card (or deposit) is used as security against damage to the unit or any extra cleaning that may be required.

Cancellation Policy

Outside of 60 days the fee is $40. 50% of the total rent due will be charged on all cancellations received within 60 days of arrival, and 100% within 30 days unless re-rented.

Deluxe Units

Some units have been completely remodeled and redecorated, and rent for higher rates than our standard units. For detailed information on specific units, please give us a call.

Cleaning

Homes are cleaned prior to your arrival and must be left clean upon departure, including dishes washed, trashed removed, and general tidiness. Daily maid services is available upon request at $35.00 per hour.

Rent Payments

We accept ONLY Visa, MasterCard and personal checks (cash is OK, too!). Payments made by personal check must be received at least 15 days prior to arrival.
Furnishings

All units are fully furnished, including linens, washer & dryer, TV, telephone, fully equipped kitchens & wood burning fireplace.

Recreational Facilities

Tavern Property Facilities include:
TAHOE TAVERN: Heated pool (closed in winter), fitness center (offsite), 6 tennis courts w/a pro shop, pier w/buoys & pier attendant and sandy beach with walking trails.
TAVERN SHORES: Heated pool (closed in winter), fitness center (offsite), 2 tennis courts, pier w/buoys & pier attendant, sand volleyball and sandy beach with walking trails.

Restrictions

Motor homes, campers, motorcycles, motorized off-road vehicles and parked boat/jet ski trailers are not allowed on the property. NO PETS PLEASE! (Bringing a pet will result in a charge to your credit card of up to $500!)
